Törem İnşaat is the construction arm of Törem Grup, which works in demolition, architecture, construction and real estate across Istanbul. Together with our group companies, we manage your project from the first step to handover day.
From urban renewal to turnkey housing, we run demolition, excavation, architectural design, permits, construction and sales with our own team and machinery fleet.
On our own projects we take part in every stage, from land acquisition to sales. We also provide construction, contracting and urban renewal services to projects outside the group.

What we do

We assess the plot, its zoning status and the project's return together with you.

Urban renewal
The entire process under Law No. 6306, from risk assessment to handover. Rights holder negotiations, rent support applications and municipal paperwork included.

The whole build, from plot appraisal to handover. Design is developed together with Törem Mimarlık; construction is ours.
Commercial buildings
Offices, retail units and mixed-use buildings. Floor plans that subdivide to suit tenants, plus fit-out support after handover.
Contracting
Contract work for structural and finishing packages. Programme, valuations and site safety handled by one team.
Structural strengthening
Improving load-bearing systems in buildings that can be saved rather than demolished. Based on a performance assessment: jacketing, added shear walls or column wrapping.
Site management
Safety, programme, quality control and valuation tracking. Every step on site is recorded, and the progress shown on the tracking screen is fed from those records.
