Data controller

Data processed

The project tracking screen processes a Turkish ID number and phone number; the contact form processes a name, phone number and optional message. IP address and browser information are logged as a technical necessity of serving the site.

Purpose

Tracking data is processed solely to verify your record; contact data solely to respond to your enquiry. Neither is used for marketing or sold to third parties.

Retention

ID and phone numbers are not stored in the clear; matching is done through one-way hash values. Query records are kept for a limited period to prevent misuse and are deleted at the end of that period.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the law you have the right to access your data and to request its correction or deletion. Send your request to the email address at the bottom of this page.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Browser storage may be used only for functional purposes such as session and language preference.
