Forty years in the same city, doing the same work

We prefer to keep the whole job in one pair of hands. Architectural design sits with Törem Mimarlık, demolition with Törem Yıkım, sales and letting with Törem Emlak; construction is ours. A rights holder talks to one company, not four.

From structure to finishes, most of the work is done by our own tradespeople. Where we do use subcontractors, responsibility stays with us; we never hand over quality control on site.

We do not reopen the price and the date written in the contract. Because that is easy to say, we built a tracking system that lets rights holders see the progress on site from their own screen.
